Groceries you need:
Pita:
1 cup all-purpose flour (or whole wheat flour)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp olive oil
Hummus:
1/4 cup chickpeas, or white beans
⅛ medium roasted bell pepper, peeled and chopped (optional)
2 tsp fresh lemon juice (¼ of lemon)
1 tsp olive oil
1 slice of garlic, minced
Pinch of sea salt, plus more to taste
¾ tsp tahini (optional)
Dash (1/12 tsp) of turmeric (optional)
1 tsp nutritional yeast (optional)
